* Conscious-Cultural Music & Dance - Musicians & dancers sharing pieces related to the theme of peace, hope, reconciliation, and unity, etc. with a focus on the religious and non-religious/ethnic cultures that make up the region of Israel & Palestine.
* Peacemaker Presentation – International guests, Eliyahu McLean, of Jerusalem Peacemakers & Ghassan Manasra, Director of Anwar Il-Salaam Peace Center will show and discuss recent collaborations and peace-positive events, in Israel-Palestine. In addition, special guests to be announced at Gala.
* Planet Coexist Introductions – Planet Coexist’s International Council share its mission, vision, and how you can get involved, in various projects on a local, national or international level.
* City Council Members & Local members of Congress have been invited to the event, and have offered support.
* Guest speakers: Lori White, Sat Bir Kaur Khalsa, Allison & Dave Ewoldt and more (TBA)
8:30 – 11:00pm Courtyard
* Eco-Ethnic Food - Organic food representing different cultures - Jewish/Muslim/Middle Eastern, provided by Bentley’s, Lovin’ Spoonfuls, Aqua Vita and many more yet to be confirmed!
* Guardians of the Community – Social, environmental, spiritual, and personal wellness organizations will promote the ways in which they provide resources for inner or outer world peace and vibrant living. Table material must be synergistic with the theme of coexistence and peaceful collaboration. Tables can be purchase on a sliding scale, from $25-$45.
* Wellness Silent Auction - Auctioning off gift certificates, sculptures, autographed peace paraphernalia, etc. that focus on people creating inner-peace. (ie. yoga, massage, tai chi, desert herb walks, holistic dentistry, peace & wellness art, etc.)
* Peace Market - Individuals & organizations selling “Peace & Personal Harmony” items in main courtyard, with items such as Coexist t-shirts, local art work for peace, www.peacesupplies.org buttons, bumper stickers, etc. with 20% of proceeds going towards the evening benefit fund.
* Multicultural & Multi-faith High School Volunteers - The event will be volunteer-staffed by high school students representing the different faiths. Eliyahu, Ghassan, Tzadik and other key peacemakers will meet with High School volunteers before the main speaking event to connect and answer questions. Members of the community will be teaching these students ethnic dishes to prepare for the Gala.
Donor Tickets: After the main section there will be a breakout session for those who have purchased higher-priced tickets. Guests will meet in a more intimate setting, with Organic Middle Eastern food catered by Loving Spoonfuls and Garrick's Synergy Fare, with the guest speakers and other dignitaries invited for the evening. The purpose of this is to keep general ticket prices low, while simultaneously meeting our fundraising needs. Donor tickets - $120.
